Beyonce Knowles is facing a huge trouble for an image of her smoking with an old-fashioned cigarette holder that hit the billboards and newspapers around the country.

Anti-smoking group Quit has written to the Federal Department of Health, saying the tour ad could be in jeopardy of the Tobacco Advertising Prohibition Act. According to Quit executive director Todd Harper, the advertisement could be seen to be promoting and giving publicity to a smoking product, which is against the law. Beyonce will tour Australia in April.
