It’s a Girl for Tori and Dean!!

      Congratulations to actress Tori Spelling and Canadian husband Dean McDermott who welcomed a baby girl into the world on Monday. Stella Doreen McDermott was born at 3:13 p.m. in a Los Angeles hospital via C-section. She weighed 6 lbs., 8 oz. and was 19 3/4 inches.

The couple also share a 1yr old son named Liam together…
